"At the heart of any successful company is its people.” Form Building & Developments truly lives and breathes this statement, but this wasn’t evident across their internal or external communications. While their website and other communication tools conveyed functional and practical information, they were struggling to capture and communicate their amazing culture, strong values and the breadth and depth of their experience in the building industry.
Familiarising ourselves with Form from the inside out was key for delivering the desired outcomes. This involved exploratory meetings and industry research to ensure we had a strong understanding of their company culture, business needs and future goals, and to establish and maintain a solid partnership so that we could become an extension of their business.
We developed and delivered a variety of dynamic, professional communication tools which represent the values Form embodies and the high standards they set in their industry. Deliverables for this project included: Strategic development of tone, intent and languaging across various communication tools | A modern, responsive website | A series of large-scale vinyl graphics to communicate their company vision, purpose and mission across all offices | A Company profile to communicate their capabilities to prospective clients | Business cards.
