We have been privileged to work with the Acorn Foundation for several years as their strategic marketing partner. So, when they came to us wanting to celebrate their 20th Birthday and acknowledge their generous donors and the many charitable organisations they have supported, we couldn’t have been more excited.
Because their work is very community focused, we suggested the large scale outdoor photographic exhibition to showcase their work, their Donors, and recipient organisations in a dynamic way. Making it an outdoor exhibition on The Strand, in the city centre, ensured it was accessible to all. The exhibition, titled 'Enduring Connections', staged in partnership with UNO Magazine and featuring photographs by award winning photographer Alan Gibson, recognised Acorn's 20 years of generosity as the Western Bay of Plenty’s local Community Foundation.
To further celebrate their birthday, we also helped Acorn share a trip down memory lane with the community to revisit some of the key moments of their 20-year story so far, with a special 20th birthday edition newsletter ‘Celebrating 20 Years of Generosity’ in a scrapbook theme.
