The team behind Tauranga careers expo tasked us to help build and increase expo attendance with a view to creating sustained attendance growth as well as increase the value of the initiative for all stakeholders involved.

Our Process
We got to work to create a multi faceted communication plan that included a website refresh, brokering media partnerships to deliver fantastic value for money advertising both online, in the paper and on the radio along with bus back adverts, banner advertising, and a dynamic social media and digital marketing plan.
Additionally we created an inspirational entrance experience for expo attendees

The Results
Tuskany achieved sustained attendance growth and positive stakeholder perception
Attendance grew from 3,600 attendees to between 4,800/5000 attendees, a 33.33% growth
